What People Are Saying About TCIF!

I chose to donate blood because blood donation saves lives and blood donors are superheroes. They save lives. There are people who actually need this blood like pregnant women, road traffic accident victims, sickle cell patients. I'm calling people out there to come and be part of the exercise. It's free, it's harmless. It is not painful. You help in saving other people's lives. You help in impacting other people's lives. Blood donation is something that makes one happy because when you know that your blood is being used to save other people's lives, it goes a long way. Thank you very much. I'm grateful.

I'm a member of the scout association of Nigeria, as a scout, we are taught on how to provide first aid but what I have learnt here today from Trauma Care is more advanced. Now, I know why we do CPR and what it does to help the victim's heart despite the fact they are not breathing by themselves. I am fully equipped with the knowledge to help many more victims. Thank you Trauma Care

I have gone through the Heartsaver First Aid/CPR AED course with Trauma Care, I learnt so much with simple maneuvers which could come in handy in our everyday life of helping many trauma victims especially from road accidents. I want to thank Trauma Care International Foundation once again. I didn't pay for this course. They are doing a great job

My reason for donating blood today is to save lives. One unit of blood donated can up to three lives. I encourage everyone out there that is yet to donate blood to please donate and let’s save lives together. Thank you Trauma Care International Foundation for this opportunity to save lives.

My name is Osahor and I signed up as a voluntary blood donor with Trauma Care International Foundation. I donated my blood for the greater good and I am changing lives because I know that every life is important.
I'm doing this to ensure that when someone needs blood, they get blood.

It was a typical afternoon when a student crossing the road on his way back from school was knocked down by a run-away bike. The scene was chaotic as concerned onlookers rushed to help but don’t have a clue on what to do.
As a trained First Responder with the Trauma Care International Foundation, I quickly assessed the student condition and sprang into action, thereby creating space for ventilation, I calm him down and administer first aid by arresting the bleeding area before taking him to the health Care Center for further check.
On another occasion I saw a man writhing with agony as a massive iron fell on his leg, time seemed to be a standstill for him. I carefully stabilized the injured man, ensuring that he remained as still as possible to prevent further harm. As I call for emergency medical assistance, I focused on keeping him conscious and calm providing reassurance.
