Why TCERA?
The Trauma Care Emergency Response Application suite is the foundation’s mobile technological solution designed to save lives by making access to emergency response and basic first aid easier and faster. The suite comprises of the TCERA responder app, Tcera user app and a command center that manages the operations of the foundation’s network of first responders.
The TCERA user app is available for use by the public and with the app, you can:
- • Connect with a TCIF First Responder
- • Sign up as a voluntary blood donor and schedule an appointment to donate blood at your preferred center.
- • Request for safe blood for transfusion
- • Take a course on first aid and CPR on the TCIF E learning portal.
- • Learn some new about first aid every week via its blog articles.
- • Locate nearby healthcare facilities with Realtime map assistance and so much more.

I have gone through the Heartsaver First Aid/CPR AED course with Trauma Care, I learnt so much with simple maneuvers which could come in handy in our everyday life of helping many trauma victims especially from road accidents.
